Due to the large number of contracts available at launch, deals for different models are split into separate tables and arranged from cheapest to most expensive.
Only deals that include data are shown, and it should be noted that Cell C’s prices are only valid for the first 1,000 customers:
Vodacom hasn’t listed any deals for the 32GB and 64GB iPhone 5 on its website, so the next two tables don’t show any contracts from the network.
For those interested in getting an iPhone 5 without a monthly contract, iStore advertises the 16GB model for R8,299.
iStore also listed the 32GB iPhone 5 for R9,499, while a 64GB model is set to cost R10,799.
iStore customers can add R300 to the purchase price of their iPhone for “iCare Plus”, which offers a 2 year warranty and accidental damage cover.
According to the iStore website they have completely sold out of launch stock, but they “expect more stock soon”.
