Introducing The ‘WalkCar’ That Fits Into Your Backpack

An engineer from Japan has developed a portable transporting facility small enough to be carried in your back pack.

The “WalkCar” has a top speed of 10 km per hour and will be able to cover about 12km after following three hours of charging. The user can direct it by simply moving his weight, very similar to the concept of riding a segway.

Kuniako Saito, 26, and his group at Cocoa Motors have recently unveiled the lithium battery-fueled “WalkCar” transporter, which looks very similar to tablet PC, however resembles more of a skateboard than a car.

Saito hopes to see numerous different uses for his invention, as he said it has enough energy to help individuals push wheelchairs without breaking a sweat.

The lightweight aluminum board can take a maximum weight of 120 kg.

Once the rider remains on the WalkCar, it begins automatically, while just venturing off stops this little vehicle.

Best of all, there is no compelling reason to locate a parking spot, in light of the fact that it fits into a little backpack when not being used.
