The FIFA 17 demo will be available from September 13 the world over. Until it’s available in your territory, official details have been leaked about this variant of the game. In addition to standard matches, you’ll be able to check out the all new Journey mode.
The all new journey mode will place you in role of Alex Hunter – a fictional football star. Keep in mind that this isn’t the full variant of the Journey mode as its just the demo. Skill games have also been introduced in this new format.
The following teams will also be in the FIFA 17 demo:
- Manchester United
- Manchester City
- Chelsea
- Real Madrid
- Juventus
- Inter
- Paris Saint-Germain
- Olympique Lyonnais
- Seattle Sounders
- Bayern München
- Tigres U.A.N.L. (MX)
- Gamba Osaka
Even though there are some unheard of teams such as Tigres, Gamba Osaka and the Seattle Sounders, there’s enough to tantalize the tastebuds of any fan. Squads should be up to date as well. With regards to the stadiums, you can expect Stamford Bridge, Suita City Football Stadium, and CenturyLink Field in the demo. Weather and time variations will also be present in this shortened version of game, this will indeed be including fog and mist during game play.
As for what time the FIFA 17 demo will be available, it depends when the PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store update in your region. The PC demo does not suffer from this concern as it will be available globally at the same time.
