Samsung is gearing up to launch their next smartphone in its Galaxy Note series of phablets, the Galaxy Note 8. Samsung has officially sent out invites for the Unpacked launch event on 23rd August 2017. Even though the invite itself doesn’t say much, it has used the tagline “Do bigger things” to indicate a larger display and more features over current flagships.
The invite image was shared by Samsung Mobile through a tweet on Thursday where Samsung has displayed the outline of a smartphone with an Infinity Display, just like the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+. The signature S Pen can also be seen right alongside the outline in the invite image, removing all doubt and confirming the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
With “Do bigger things” being exaggerated in bold text could be an indication of more features over current flagships with a slightly bigger 6.3-inch display compared with 6.2-inch on Galaxy S8+.
