Road Closures For Top Gear Underway…

eThekwini officials are set to implement phase-one of the traffic management plan today – ahead of this weekend’s Top Gear Festival. The Road System Management Department has divided the road closures into three-phases – each coinciding with the specific requirements of the preparation process. The department’s Carlos Esteves says today’s phase will be implemented from about 9am. Esteves says the second phase of the traffic management plan will be implemented on Wednesday after the 9am peak period.
