iKhokha, a South African fintech company, is revolutionizing small businesses in South Africa by providing access to digital payments and e-commerce tools.
iKhokha is providing a pathway to e-commerce for small businesses in South Africa by offering low-cost, user-friendly payment products that enable business owners to accept card payments with no upfront investment.
One of the ways iKhokha is making it easier for small businesses to access digital payments is through their iK Tap on Phone service, which enables business owners to accept card payments by tapping a customer’s card on their Android smartphone. This service is housed within the free iKhokha app, making it an easy entry into digital payments for traditionally cash-based businesses.
Another two recently introduced services by iKhokha include iK Invoice and iK Pay Link.
iK Invoice is a free online tool offered by iKhokha that allows small businesses to create paperless invoices directly from their iKhokha dashboard or iK App. With iK Invoice, small businesses can create professional-looking invoices and send them to their customers via email or WhatsApp, and customers can then pay using the embedded iK Pay Link, which allows for safe, quick, and convenient payments. iK Invoice provides real-time tracking of paid and outstanding invoices, making it easy for businesses to keep track of their finances.
iK Pay Link is a secure payment link service provided by iKhokha that allows customers to make payments using a link sent to them by the merchant. With iK Pay Link, merchants can send payment links to their customers via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, making it easier for customers to pay for goods and services.
Merchants can create a payment link by logging into their iKhokha profile, selecting the iK Pay Link menu option, and clicking the “Create Pay Link” button. The payment link can then be copied and shared with the customer using the merchant’s preferred method of communication.
iK Pay Link provides a secure payment option for customers as their payment information is not stored by the merchant and transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
