FNB has briefly suspended some online functionality while duplicate transactions are reversed on affected customer accounts. Limited functionality will be available on the following Banking Channels: FNB Online Banking, FNB App, .mobi and Cellphone Banking. Customers are advised to use FNB ATM’s and point of sale (POS), for any urgent banking needs.
FNB apologises to customers for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the matter as a priority.
