Sony has officially confirmed at the CES 2015 event that the rollout of the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Xperia Z range will begin next month.

There has been no confirmation on exact release dates for the Sony Xperia devices. However, some media reports are strongly suggesting that the Sony Xperia Z3 series and most-recent Xperia Z devices launched at IFA last year are set to receive the update first beginning this February.
