Game Recorder+ is a newly launched app by Samsung that allows you to record your favourite gaming moments on your Galaxy smartphone. The Game Recorder+ app is now available to download via Google Play and the Galaxy App store.
In terms of compatibility, this new app is currently compatible with limited number of smartphones such as Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note 3, and Galaxy Note II. The Game Recorder+ app is currently available to 161 countries.
So how does it actually work?
According to Samsung, there will be a ‘floating’ UI that is overlaid on top of any game to enhance gaming experience. This ‘floating’ UI doesn’t require any rooting and is safe and easy. You will be able to choose resolution and bitrate speeds as the Game Recorder+ app optimizes device memory when running for a smoother gaming experience.
How to use the app?
• Firstly to record videos via Game Recorder+, you will will have to press the red Record button at the bottom of the home screen in the app and then have to select the game that you want to record from among the games installed on you device.
• Now for recording while playing games, you will have to press the Record button to start recording. Pressing the Record button again will end the recording.
• For recording directly within the game, you will have to set On in Settings > Quick record (set by default) for the particular game, the Record button will appear automatically every time you run the game so that you can record it.

4. You can upload your videos directly to YouTube
5. Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge users can record noise-free gaming audio disabling the microphone.
6. You will also be able to use the front camera and built-in microphone of the smartphone to record your commentary over the game audio.
7. You can also upload a profile photo to disable the front camera when recording.
