Twitter Removes 140-Character Limit on Direct Messages

Twitter has confirmed that they have removed their 140-character limit on Wednesday for direct messages between users. However, the 140-character limit will still apply to your tweets.

For the present, the progressions apply to Twitter clients with Android and Apple devices, online at twitter.com or on the TweetDeck application. This will apply to rest of the world very soon but gradually. 

The move comes as the California organization is seeing lazy development in its client base contrasted and other informal communities and confronts reestablished weight on its shares as it looks for another CEO.
