Adapt IT acquires 100% of Communications Management Specialist, AspiviaUnison

JSE listed Adapt IT, today announced that it has acquired 100 percent of AspiviaUnison effective 1 September 2014, a cloud telecommunications intelligence and management solutions provider. The deal worth up to R200 million, adds yet another important pillar to the company’s growing software solutions set, and Adapt IT will be acquiring all intellectual property and technology of AspiviaUnison. The acquisition of this Telecommunications Management expertise is in line with Adapt IT’s strategy of targeted acquisitive growth, and will enable the company to further diversify and bolster its customer base especially in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
