iStore South Africa has officially listed Apple’s new Watch Series 6 and Watch Series SE on its online store for pre-order. However, there is no confirmed release date as yet.
The Apple Watch SE starts from R6,499, while the Apple Watch Series 6 pricing begins at R8,999.
Thanks to the S6 processor in Apple’s Watch Series 6, you can expect several improvements in terms of hardware and performance allowing for apps to be launched 20% faster, while still maintaining the 18-hour battery life of the Series 5.
The Apple Watch Series 6 also features sensor that measures oxygen saturation, or SpO2 – representing the percentage of oxygen being carried by red blood cells from the lungs to the rest of the body.
Meanwhile, the lower-end model also known as The Apple Watch SE features the same S5 chipset used in last year’s Watch Series 5 along with a cheaper price tag and is also available in 40mm and 44m models.
