CyberTrack – Customer Service At Its Best!

A few days ago we required some tyvek bands, so we decided to check around online and we came across a store by the name of CyberTrack (www.cybertrack.co.za). The website looks very neat and professional with a little green tab and the bottom right of the screen, indicating the ‘online’ status of live support. We decided to initiate a conversation and this is what happened… 

As soon as we started the conversation, we were greeted with a very warm welcome and there after we’ve received very helpful assistance from an individual by the name of Simoné Bergstedt. 

Even though the store is in Cape Town, we required the tyvek bands the next day in Durban and Simoné was confident in making that possible regardless that the order was being processed in the afternoon.

Simoné then made arrangements with the courier company and got them to deliver it to us the next morning. However, that was not it. We received communication on the entire progress of the order from start to finish – including emails as to when the courier was being arranged and feedback from Simoné to let us know that the courier can do the order. We then received tracking number shortly after and another email first thing the next morning to see if all is in order.

If you’re looking to order any type of access control bands, we can safely say from quality products to quality service… CyberTrack is the way to go!
