Exciting times for music lovers – Here’s a list of headphones you can expect in 2018

2018 is a good year for music lovers, with headphones and earbuds that are pushing the envelope and definitely worthy of recognition.

First up is House of Marley
Perfect for the Urban Eco Warrior, the Uprise wireless recycled silicone and wood. Designed for the active, but conscious consumer, these Bluetooth in-ear headphones offer durability, stability and comfort, with a resistance to weather and sweat!

Next come the Track+ headphones from Libratone
What makes these headphones fascinating is the Active Noise Cancelling feature. There are four levels of noise cancellation, which allows the user to choose the level that they desire. Also, there is a Hush Mode, which does not block out any external noise while in use. The Track+ headphones are water resistant and perfect for people on the go.

Moshi updated their Avanti headphones, making them completely wireless.
The new Avanti Air headphones feature a stylish design, high-resolution audio drivers and 27 hours of battery life. What’s more, the quick-charge feature adds 4 hours of power in a 15 minute charge.

Sony offers three earbud options this year.
The wired WI-SP600N earbuds, with noise cancellation technology.
The WI-SP500 (also wired), with 8 hours of battery life in a single charge.
Sony’s WF-SP700N earbuds on the other hand, are completely wireless with the noise cancellation technology.

Three is the magic number this year, as Sol Republic also has three exciting audio gadgets!
Their Shadow Wireless earbuds that are joined by a fabric neck collar and are magnetic.
The Soundtrack Wireless headphones, with 20 hours of battery life ( and they fold in!)
But Sol Republic’s best headphones for 2018 are the Soundtrack Pro Wireless. They give you superior comfort, created by memory foam ear cushions. And the best part, 24 hours of battery life !

Audio Technica opted for a consumer centric approach.
There’s headphones for every type of person:
Those who train hard and need their headphones to be water resistant,
People that commute and need the silence that noise cancellation has to offer,
The individual who seeks to experience music at its finest,
And the budget conscious buyer that’s looking for quality that doesn’t break the bank.

YEVO labs and Humanium Metal by IM came together to create the Yevo 1 wireless earbuds.
These the wireless earbuds are made from recycled metal that comes from illegal firearms originating in war-torn countries. The human aspect comes from the fact that half of the proceeds from the sale of these earbuds are directed towarda providing aid in regions affected by gun violence.

B&O Play H9i headphones have a pretty decent battery life of 18 hours, but what makes these headphones stand out is the Transparency Mode.
It allows the individual to use gestures to pause music or multimedia. When taken off, the Proximity Sensor will pause the music for you.
The gesture features are aimed at serving as a means to conserve and extend battery life.

Whichever way way you look at it, 2018 sounds pretty sweet for music lovers!
