Hisense Partners with F1 Lotus


Hisense is proud to announce that it will be joining forces with Lotus F1 for exciting F1 Grand Prix races in 2014. As a proud sponsor, Hisense will team up with Lotus F1 in Italy, United States, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix races with the Hisense logo on the sidepod and air box of the Lotus’ E22 race car as part of a worldwide promotion.


The world-leading provider of flat-panel TVs, household appliances, and mobile communications, headquartered in Qingdao, China, joins Lotus F1’s portfolio of partners for three of the most popular races in 2014. The Hisense logo will be featured on the Lotus E22’s sidepod during the Italian Grand Prix at Monza from September 5th to September 7th and the United States Grand Prix at Austin, Texas from October 31st to November 2nd. Hisense’s logo will also be featured on the air box of the E22 race car during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from November 21st to November 23rd.

Originally from China, it is showing continuous strength in its expansion worldwide as a challenger brand, something which we can relate to closely as we continue to challenge on the track. Hisense’s sponsorship with Lotus F1 team is a significant sports marketing event after its recent partnership with Champions League bound German football club, FC Schalke 04. As Hisense expands its brand awareness, sports marketing has played a very important role in improving Hisense’s brand worldwide. This sponsorship with Lotus F1 will also give great support for Hisense to promote its brand in Europe, USA, Middle East and global markets.
