Lenovo has introduced a new device that features a bendable screen that snaps around the wrist like an old-school slap bracelet. The device known as “CPlus” features a 4.2-inch screen and runs on Android. It’s since been revealed that the segmented portion behind the screen gives the phone the ability to curve around a wrist.
Lenovo also revealed a flexible tablet at the event. The 8-inch tablet can be folded in half into a 4-inch phone, making the device multipurpose as well as small enough to fit into a pocket or purse.
As with the CPlus phone, the company gave little information regarding the tablet’s development, but says it expects both products to be consumer-ready in the next five to 10 years.
