The iPhone 15 series will be officially unveiled on the 12th September 2023 at an upcoming Apple ‘Wonderlust’ Event. Apart from the iPhone 15 series, Apple is expected to release a number of other products including the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Launch dates for iOS 17 and watchOS 10 are also expected to be announced.
Invites have officially been sent out by Apple for the launch event, named ‘Wonderlust’. The event will take place at Apple Park on the 12th of September 2023, beginning at 10 AM PT (7 PM South African Time). The launch will be live streamed online on apple.com and the Apple TV app.
The iPhone 15 series is expected to include the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Apart from specification, design and colour rumours, the most awaited update for the this iPhone series lineup would be the inclusion of USB Type-C charging port instead of Lightning port.
The Watch Series 9 is expected to be released in five colour options for the aluminium body, and three colourways for the stainless steel model. Meanwhile, the 2nd gen Apple Watch Ultra model was previously reported to be manufactured using the 3D printing technology.
