PayPal being one of the world’s leading payment platforms has now extended the time limit from 60 to 180 days for filing a refund claim when using their payment facility.

This refund extension period will be applicable for all its users covering both goods and services. A brilliant example being, purchasing goods online through eBay and getting it delivered to us here in South Africa. This will allow merchants more time to elevate customer concerns and process refunds in a smooth and efficient manner.
This will also assist with managing queries independently and in turn reduce the number of escalations thereby helping them to control their flow of funds.
