Vodacom set to refund all subscribers affected by disappearing airtime and data

Vodacom has begun reimbursing subscribers in full whom were affected by a billing issue on Monday night which saw their airtime and data disappearing.

Customers took to social media last night and this morning venting out their anger and frustration about their airtime and data disappearing, which led to Vodacom trending on Twitter.

All out-of-bundle charges to the subscribers during the incident are being refunded, while the depleted bundles are being reinstated.
